Check High-Quality Upload Settings

Instagram allows you to determine the quality of your uploads. To ensure your content remains crisp and clear, you need to confirm that high-quality uploads are enabled. Here’s how:
– Open your Instagram app.
– Go to your profile by tapping your profile picture at the bottom right.
– Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner to open the menu.
– Select ‘Settings.’
– Scroll down and tap ‘Account.’
– Toggle on the ‘High-quality uploads’ option.
 
With this setting enabled, your photos and videos will be uploaded at the highest quality allowed by Instagram.
